TechFlow reported on September 20 that American television legend and former "Late Show" host David Letterman appeared at a federal court in Manhattan for jury selection in a cryptocurrency fraud case, according to Decrypt. As reported by ABC News, Letterman participated in the standard questioning process as a prospective juror. During the questioning, he displayed his signature sense of humor, claiming he lived in "Hartford," Connecticut—later clarifying it was just a joke. He also revealed he is currently working for Netflix. Although Judge P. Kevin Castel stated there was a 50% chance Letterman would be selected, prosecutors ultimately used a peremptory challenge to exclude him from the jury.
