TechFlow news: Game companion social platform Sidekick has announced a strategic partnership with Trovo.live, the largest live-streaming platform in Eastern Europe, to collaborate deeply across multiple areas.
The collaboration includes:
Joint creator incubation: With over a million creators, Trovo.live will become Sidekick's largest companion service provider;
Coincubating a game distribution ecosystem matrix: Currently hosting over 20 mini-games, Trovo.live will work together with Sidekick to attract developers to replicate the WeChat mini-game ecosystem on global platforms such as Telegram and Discord;
Co-building a new "companion + esports" incubation system: Aiming to fully integrate gaming companionship, professional players, and streamers, this initiative will incubate and develop emerging professional teams, injecting fresh talent into the global esports ecosystem. The first team under this collaboration, Trovo 2030 Esports, progressed from formation to entry into the PUBGM top-tier league within just six months and is poised to qualify for this year's global finals.
Notably, Sidekick was selected in August this year as part of BNB Chain's Most Valuable Builder (MVB) Program Season 7 and is the only game social project invested in by Binance Labs. Trovo.live, the leading live-streaming platform in Eastern Europe, boasts over a million creators and 23 million registered users.
