TechFlow reports that Ki Young Ju, founder of CryptoQuant, posted on X platform stating that the crypto industry is in crisis. In the past, the crypto industry itself was like a game. Games abstract the human path to happiness by triggering dopamine release, providing experiences of joy similar to those in real life. The performance of altcoins in 2024 has been dismal. Capital is not flowing into the industry. If we don't create a new game to stimulate traders' dopamine, the crypto industry will face prolonged stagnation. Ki Young Ju said: "Some people are even building entirely different ecosystems, so much so that they're categorized outside the crypto industry. Where have all the builders who once inspired us and explored new technologies gone? Why did they leave? I don't know. I'd like to ask Vitalik Buterin."
Ki Young Ju added: "To be clear, I'm referring to Web3/Crypto, not Bitcoin."
