Data from the block explorer Mempool.space shows that the block contains 5,935 transactions. The winning miner achieved this with only 629 PH/s of hash rate, accounting for just 0.098% of the network's total hash rate of 644.91 EH/s at the time. Since the launch of the Bitcoin network in 2009, out of 859,000 blocks mined, only 290 have been mined by individual miners, highlighting the rarity of such events.
