TechFlow News — The Camino Network Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the L1 blockchain Camino Network, has announced the appointment of Yessin Schiegg as a member of its council.
Schiegg brings extensive experience from both traditional finance and Web3. He previously served as a director at BlackRock, one of the world's largest asset management firms, before joining the Ethereum Foundation as a member of its advisory board, where he worked alongside Vitalik Buterin. Since then, he has held C-suite executive and advisory roles across several major Web3 projects, most recently serving as CFO of the NEAR Foundation.
Camino Network is operated by an alliance of industry leaders, backed by over 200 brands, more than 100 validators, and funding exceeding $10 million. It aims to transform the tourism distribution landscape and address connectivity challenges in this trillion-dollar industry.
