TechFlow reports that Juan Merchan, the New York state judge overseeing the criminal "hush money" case against former U.S. President Donald Trump, has postponed the sentencing date to November 26.
On July 2 this year, a federal judge agreed to delay the sentencing in the "hush money" case from July 11 to September 18.
Trump's legal representatives had previously requested that the September 18 sentencing be postponed until after the November election. Trump's team recently stated that if the case proceeds, they will immediately appeal.
