TechFlow reports, according to Arkham disclosure, that MEV Bot 0x12F used only 0.05 ETH (about $100) to purchase COMBO tokens worth $37,000.
This operation was possible because an unfortunate user had just sold COMBO tokens worth $37,000 in a Uniswap pool with extremely low liquidity, receiving only $27 in return. To ensure inclusion of the transaction in the block, the MEV bot paid a fee of $30,000 to the block builder.
According to Arkham, MEV bot 0x12F used just 0.05 ETH (about $100) to purchase $37,000 worth of COMBO tokens. This was possible because an unfortunate user had just sold $37,000 worth of COMBO tokens in a Uniswap pool with extremely low liquidity, receiving only $27 in return. To ensure inclusion of the transaction in the block, the MEV bot paid a $30,000 fee to the block builder.
