TechFlow news, on September 5, the ApeCoin Foundation released its Q1 2024 transparency report. As of March 31, 2024, the main status of the ApeCoin treasury is as follows:
- Total holdings: approximately 326 million APE
- Accounts payable: 255,060 APE
- Grant reserves: 59 million APE
- No APE inflow during the quarter
- Outflow of 1 million APE for operational expenses, including 148,627 APE allocated to support community events
- Total grants disbursed by the Foundation: 20.6 million APE
The report also shows that payments are being executed as planned for 20 AIPs (ApeCoin Improvement Proposals) previously approved by the community and one AIP approved by the Special Council. Additionally, during this quarter, the community newly approved nine AIPs, with related payments initiated.
