TechFlow news, on September 5, according to China Police Net, the Wuhe County Public Security Bureau of Anhui Province successfully cracked a money laundering case disguised as a virtual currency trading platform. Taking advantage of the public's limited understanding of virtual currency investments, the criminal gang used highly concealed money transfer software to manipulate bank accounts or third-party payment platforms, fabricating transactions and dispersing fund transfers to launder illicit proceeds—making illegal funds appear as legitimate income. The case involved tens of millions of yuan, and three suspects have been lawfully taken into custody.
