TechFlow reports that OSL's new CEO, Cui Song, revealed to TechFlow that the company’s next phase will focus on strengthening licensed compliance infrastructure, strictly adhering to regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and globally, continuously improving its internal compliance systems, and ensuring that all operations are legal, transparent, and standardized. In addition, OSL will adopt "client-first" as a core principle across all operations and plans to deepen collaboration with traditional financial participants such as brokerages, enhance user education, directly reach tens of millions of existing traditional financial investors, and lower barriers to entry for users.
Previous report: OSL announced the appointment of Cui Song, formerly an executive at digital asset platform Bybit, as its new Group CEO, who will drive OSL’s progress in compliance, security, and user experience. Former CEO Pan Zhiyong will now focus on his role as Chairman of the Board, leading the company’s strategy, board governance, overseas M&A, and government partnerships.
