TechFlow reports that this morning Memeland announced it had converted $1 million of team funds into TON coins on the open market 20 hours ago, stating it will hold these coins until "#FREEDUROV."
Memeland emphasized that Telegram is an app used daily by its team, most Web3 practitioners, and millions of people. While acknowledging that Telegram may have some bad actors, the project countered by asking which platform doesn't face similar issues. Memeland clarified that this move is not financial advice, but rather a demonstration of supporting what they believe in.
