TechFlow news, according to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, David Hirsch, former head of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit, has recently joined McGuireWoods law firm. According to the firm's announcement, Hirsch’s new role will include "a broad securities enforcement practice, including advising clients on matters related to cybersecurity and crypto assets." Hirsch left the SEC in June this year and stated on LinkedIn: "I am proud to join this nationally recognized team to help clients navigate regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and crypto assets, in addition to addressing more traditional regulatory challenges and investigations."
