This auction mechanism aims to provide everyone a fair chance to secure their desired name while preventing bots from snatching them up.
Base stated that users will soon be able to start building their own Based profiles. Users can apply for a unique base.eth username, making it easier to connect, collaborate, and contribute on-chain—helping them establish their on-chain identity.
