TechFlow news, Japanese-listed company Metaplanet announced the completion of its previously disclosed plan to purchase 1 billion yen worth of Bitcoin. In the latest round of transactions, the company acquired an additional 500 million yen worth of Bitcoin, totaling 57.273 BTC at an average purchase price of 8,730,117 yen per Bitcoin.
Following this purchase, Metaplanet Inc.'s total Bitcoin holdings have reached 360.368 BTC, with cumulative investment amounting to 3.45 billion yen and an average purchase price of 9,573,556 yen per Bitcoin.
Previous report, Metaplanet secured a 1 billion yen loan at an annual interest rate of 0.1% to increase its Bitcoin holdings.
