TechFlow reports that the Cyber team has launched a major governance proposal to approve the CyberDAO charter and establish a 3-day timelock. Voting on the proposal has begun and will end on August 25.
Key points include the formal establishment of CyberDAO, recognition of the Cyber Foundation as the initial governing body, and initiation of the governance decentralization process. The proposal requires a quorum of 30% and 67% approval to pass. Only users who have staked CYBER tokens are eligible to participate in governance.
