TechFlow reports that on August 15, according to The Block, Uniswap Labs announced a $2.35 million security audit competition prize pool for its upcoming fourth version protocol (v4), setting a record in the DeFi sector. This competition aims to support independent reviews of the v4 smart contracts and the universal routing system, ensuring they become the most thoroughly audited contracts on-chain. The contest will launch on September 4 and run through the end of the month, with rewards evaluated and distributed based on the severity of vulnerabilities identified and the quality of submission documentation.
