TechFlow reports that Sungmo Park, Head of APAC at Monad, shared the company's development strategy and technical priorities at the "FORESIGHT 2024" annual summit.
Park emphasized that Monad places high importance on end-user and developer experience, stating that the key to unlocking true parallel EVM performance lies in MonadDB (the parallel-access database).
On interoperability, Park said Monad is committed to achieving genuine cross-chain interoperability and breaking down ecosystem barriers. He revealed that Monad has been in development for two and a half years, with its testnet launched two and a half months ago. Going forward, Monad plans to collaborate with other projects at the data availability (DA) layer and is building communities in multiple countries to attract core contributors into its ecosystem.
