TechFlow news: Justin Sun posted on X stating, "Recently, I've heard some concerns from the community regarding my involvement in several projects including WBTC. I would like to clarify the following points:
'BTC remains unchanged compared to before. The attestation is conducted in real-time and can be accessed via http://wbtc.network. The minting process is fully managed by custodians Bitglobal and Bitgo, following the same procedures as previously. Simply put, Bitglobal and Bitgo will not sign any transactions that haven't been audited. The keys are still protected using the same Bitgo cold wallet technology and offline keys, backed up across multiple countries and regions.
My personal involvement with WBTC is purely strategic. I do not control the private keys of WBTC reserves, nor can I move any BTC holdings. WBTC is an important component of the DeFi ecosystem, and I look forward to ensuring it continues to function effectively!'"
