TechFlow News, August 8 — According to Finance Feeds, Moonveil, a Layer2 gaming ecosystem, has secured $9 million in its Pre-A round of funding to advance the development of its Layer 2 gaming ecosystem. The round was led by Spartan Group, with participation from Gumi Cryptos Capital, HashKey Capital, Animoca Ventures, Hivemind, and Mask Network. The prior seed round was completed by P2 Ventures.
The newly raised funds will be used to develop infrastructure and enhance community engagement. Moonveil plans to expand its user acquisition strategy, targeting web3 users and attracting GameFi players. Team members have previously worked at Riot Games, Tencent, and NetEase, contributing to renowned titles such as League of Legends and Valorant. Its first games, AstrArk and Bushwhack, are set for imminent release. Leveraging its ZK-powered Layer 2 chain, Moonveil aims to set new industry standards, redefine web3 gaming, and enable rapid delivery, community-driven development, and agile iteration—building a vibrant ecosystem for both game developers and players.
