TechFlow news — According to China Securities Journal, Zhuorui Financial Group announced on July 29 that its subsidiary Zhuorui Securities has received in-principle approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to upgrade its Type 1 license, enabling it to provide virtual asset trading services to professional investors.
Following this license upgrade, eligible professional investors will be able to trade virtual assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, on the Zhuorui ZIRCON platform.
The platform also supports trading across a diversified range of financial products such as stocks, options, futures, funds, and ETFs, allowing investors to efficiently manage their investments centrally on a single platform and comprehensively assess risk profiles across different asset classes. Zhuorui Securities currently holds SFC licenses for regulated activities under Types 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9. This business expansion will further strengthen its competitiveness in Hong Kong's financial market.
