TechFlow News — Raffi Sapire, COO of the Uniswap Foundation, announced on X that this week will be her last at the foundation. Sapire joined the foundation at its inception in 2022 and was responsible for building and scaling its grant-making, marketing, and financial operations from the ground up.
After departing, she will focus on TLDR (The Latest in DeFi Research), a project she co-founded with Tarun Chitra. TLDR is set to become an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization this fall, continuing to provide community, mentorship, and funding support for scholars engaged in DeFi research. Sapire said she plans to take a short break before exploring new leadership opportunities, and looks forward to leveraging her expertise in strategic design and team management in future roles.
