TechFlow reports, on July 22, according to application documents filed on the U.S. SEC's official website, the New York Stock Exchange Arca (NYSE Arca) has approved Bitwise's spot Ethereum ETF for listing and registration of beneficial ownership ordinary shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Previous report, the U.S. SEC has already approved two spot Ethereum ETFs—Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust and ProShares Ethereum ETF—for listing on the Arca electronic trading platform of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
