TechFlow news, according to Bitcoin.com, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that it is now time to create an environment necessary for increasing the adoption of digital assets and Russia's CBDC (digital ruble). During the pilot testing phase of the digital ruble, more than 30,000 transactions have been conducted, over 7,000 of which were used for payments of goods and services.
According to Russia's official news agency TASS, Putin stated: "Russia must 'seize the moment' and promptly establish legal frameworks and regulations, develop infrastructure, and create conditions for the circulation of digital assets both domestically and with foreign partners."
