TechFlow reports that Richard Kim, former partner at Galaxy Interactive, has admitted to misappropriating at least $3.67 million from Zero Edge, the blockchain startup he recently founded.
Zero Edge had recently raised over $7 million in seed funding. Kim reportedly lost the funds rapidly through highly leveraged cryptocurrency trading and has self-reported the incident to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Zero Edge board has since requested Kim's resignation.
