TechFlow reports, SlowMist founder Yu Xian shared a phishing case experienced by a friend, thoroughly analyzing two common phishing tactics.
The first tactic involves a new contract address created via the create2 mechanism. Without noticing, the victim was tricked into sending 7.07 ETH to an infamous Inferno Drainer-related address.
The second tactic is the classic "zero-cost purchase," exploiting the bulkExecute function of the Blur marketplace contract to transfer NFTs in bulk.
Yu Xian reminded users that ultimately, personal security knowledge is the last line of defense protecting assets in the dark forest. He also warned against fake "security personnel," with SlowMist's security alert clarifying no association with @jeazy_eth and urging caution against their "direct messages" offering assistance.
