TechFlow reports that ORA, Vana, and Reddit Data DAO have announced a collaboration to launch the world's first Initial Model Offering (IMO) for a user-owned AI model trained on user data.
Leveraging ORA's Onchain AI Oracle (OAO) framework and Vana's L1 private data infrastructure, Reddit Data DAO plans to deploy and commercialize its AI model by the end of Q3 2024.
The Reddit Language Model ($RLM) excels at capturing the tone and sentiment of Reddit discussions, particularly in shitposting. This collaboration marks a new frontier in decentralized AI, offering novel pathways for monetizing and commercializing collectively owned datasets.
