TechFlow news, according to Bloomberg, the Democratic National Committee is considering formally nominating Joe Biden as early as mid-July to ensure the president's place on the November ballot and help dispel rumors within the party about replacing him following his poor debate performance last week.
According to anonymous sources familiar with the matter, Biden’s nomination could take place on July 21, when the Democratic National Convention's credentials committee holds a virtual meeting. Democrats had already planned to nominate the 81-year-old before the August convention to ensure his name appears on Ohio's ballot, where the candidate certification deadline is August 7.
