TechFlow news, according to TechCrunch, investment app Robinhood has announced the acquisition of AI-driven research platform Pluto Capital, Inc., adding more AI capabilities for investors. Robinhood said Pluto will help it quickly identify trends and investment opportunities, guide users in developing investment strategies, and provide real-time portfolio optimization.
Pluto founder Jacob Sansbury will join Robinhood to lead the acceleration of AI technology integration into the trading app, including leveraging Pluto's data analytics capabilities to process and interpret market data via large language models (LLMs), enabling real-time access to global financial data and users' personal data.
