Uquid stated that this collaboration demonstrates how stablecoins like USDT and cryptocurrencies can streamline and enhance everyday convenience.
Tran Hung, CEO of Uquid, said the partnership with Tether marks a significant step in their journey of integrating digital currencies into daily transactions, making micropayments in cryptocurrency feasible. This latest initiative backed by Tether sets a new benchmark for convenience and accessibility in digital commerce.
In recent years, demand for stablecoins has steadily risen, establishing them as primary liquidity providers in both centralized and decentralized markets, while gradually being adopted for everyday payments. Mainstream payment platforms including PayPal and Ripple have also launched or plan to launch their own stablecoins to meet growing demand.
