TechFlow reports that BNB Chain recently proposed BEP 341, aiming to enhance the transaction processing capacity of the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). This proposal allows validators to generate blocks consecutively, replacing the current single-slot priority system, thereby optimizing block generation efficiency and increasing transaction throughput.
The primary goal of BEP 341 is to improve BSC's transaction processing capability through a consecutive block generation mechanism, while introducing an AntiMEV ratio to prevent abuse of Maximum Extractable Value (MEV). The proposal is expected to significantly increase transactions per second (TPS), with optimal performance observed when the number of consecutive blocks ranges between 3 and 5.
Additionally, BEP 341 emphasizes community-driven governance changes, ensuring all adjustments require consensus from BNB delegators, thus enhancing network decentralization and fairness.
