TechFlow news: Bernstein noted in its latest report that demand for spot Ethereum (ETH) exchange-traded funds (ETFs), once approved for trading, is expected to be lower than that for Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs. The report highlighted that the lack of staking functionality in Ethereum ETFs leads to weaker spot conversion demand. Despite recent pullbacks in the crypto market, institutional adoption continues to grow. Bernstein expects the regulatory environment for Ethereum and other digital assets to improve as the U.S. election approaches, particularly given rising odds of a Republican victory and Trump's pro-crypto stance.
