TechFlow news, according to The Block, Bitwise has filed an amended S-1 registration statement for its spot Ethereum ETF with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as shown in regulatory filings.
The updated S-1 form for the Bitwise Ethereum ETF includes new details, such as information about a $2.5 million seed investment. The company stated: "Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC expects to purchase 100,000 initial shares at $25 per share."
Bitwise also noted that Pantera Capital Management LP intends to purchase up to $100 million worth of shares.
