However, the team expressed pride in the path they've chosen and confidence in the reasonable trade-offs they've made. The team also recognized the frustration many users felt due to receiving fewer tokens than expected and stated that they take these concerns seriously.
The team spent several days and multiple nights reviewing research reports and repeatedly verifying data to gain a comprehensive understanding and eliminate any possible errors. While no major issues were identified, the team acknowledged that their communication around the airdrop design details was not sufficiently clear. As a result, they have published a comprehensive FAQ (FAQ) to address community questions and will continue improving their feedback mechanisms to transparently answer all inquiries. Token claims will open on June 17.
