TechFlow reports, according to Wu Shuo's information, two users who previously reported on social media that their OKX accounts were hacked have recently received full compensation, and they have deleted their prior posts. The suspected cause of the breach was hijacking of SMS messages and email accounts, though further details await official confirmation.
According to insiders, although it may cause some inconvenience to user experience, OKX has decided to implement mandatory Google Authenticator verification in the future to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
