TechFlow news, according to two sources, ETF issuers are still awaiting feedback from the SEC after submitting the initial draft of their S-1 filings on May 31.
Issuers had expected the SEC to comment on these drafts by June 7. However, at least two issuers have not yet received any response. One source said they now expect to receive comments this week.
SEC Chair Gary Gensler previously stated that approving the S-1 filings would "take some time," and it remains unclear how long the process will last. Earlier reports indicated that sources expected at least two more rounds of draft submissions before the S-1 filings are finalized.
