TechFlow news, according to Jinshi Data, SpaceX's massive Starship rocket conducted its fourth test flight today. During the previous test flight, Starship lost contact while re-entering Earth's atmosphere.
During this test flight, several minutes after launch, the Super Heavy booster—used to propel Starship into Earth orbit—successfully separated as planned and fell back to Earth. Subsequently, the booster reignited its engines one final time to slow its descent, enabling a successful soft landing in the Gulf of Mexico. This marks a new milestone in the company's test flight campaign.
