TechFlow reported, citing The Block, that cryptocurrency payment infrastructure company MoonPay has laid off 10% of its workforce.
In an email, MoonPay co-founder and CEO Ivan Soto-Wright stated that while the company is cash flow positive, its cost structure is too high. The email did not specify the number of affected employees, but according to LinkedIn records, with MoonPay currently employing approximately 300 people, the 10% reduction would amount to about 30 employees.
