TechFlow News, May 30 — HTX Ventures announced an investment in Babylon, a Bitcoin staking protocol. This investment underscores Babylon's significant role within the Bitcoin ecosystem and aims to jointly promote the prosperity of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Babylon is the first to introduce native Bitcoin staking, enabling users to stake their Bitcoin on PoS blockchains and earn yields—without requiring third-party custody, bridging solutions, or wrapped asset services. The Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon has raised $70 million in a funding round led by Paradigm. Earlier reports indicated that Babylon secured an $18 million Series A funding round in December last year.
