TechFlow news — According to Bloomberg, OpenAI has formed a committee to evaluate the safety and security measures of its artificial intelligence models, marking a governance shift following the recent resignation of the executive overseeing this area and the effective disbanding of his internal team weeks ago. The new committee will spend 90 days assessing safeguards across OpenAI's technology before submitting a report.
In a blog post on Tuesday, the company said, "Following a full board review, OpenAI will publicly share updated recommendations that have been adopted in a manner consistent with safety and security standards."
