TechFlow News — Aave Labs, the development team behind Aave, has published three temperature check proposals on the Aave governance forum, outlining a long-term vision for Aave's development over the next 5–7 years, referred to as "Aave 2030." Key highlights from the proposals include:
1. Proposal for Aave Protocol V4 Development. Building upon V3, Aave V4 introduces a series of enhancements, including a completely redesigned architecture to improve modularity and capital efficiency, a unified liquidity layer for seamless integration of the native stablecoin GHO, and upgraded liquidation engines and risk management tools. Aave Labs plans to begin V4 development in Q2 2024, with an anticipated launch around mid-2025.
2. Proposal for a New Visual Identity System. This proposal presents a refreshed visual identity for Aave, aiming to provide a cohesive and futuristic brand image across the Aave ecosystem, helping it stand out amid growing competition. The new design retains Aave’s friendly ghost mascot, symbolizing its enduring innovative spirit.
3. Aave 2030 Vision Proposal. This outlines Aave’s strategic roadmap for the next 5–7 years, with Aave Labs aspiring to position the Aave protocol as one of the most critical financial infrastructures in the Web3 era.
