TechFlow news: EY (Ernst & Young), one of the Big Four accounting firms, has announced the launch of EY OpsChain Contract Manager (OCM), a blockchain-based contract management solution that leverages the security and accessibility of the public Ethereum blockchain. Using zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) technology, it ensures data privacy, enhances contract integrity, and reduces value leakage.
According to reports, EY OCM is compatible with existing enterprise systems via standardized APIs, supports execution of complex commercial agreements, maintains privacy, improves time efficiency, and enables cost reduction through automated compliance with agreed terms. It can also synchronize business agreement data across internal and external operations and technologically isolated systems, enabling unified enforcement of key commercial terms such as standardized pricing, volume discounts, and rebates.
