TechFlow news — Former FTX executive Ryan Salame will be sentenced on May 28 at a New York court, after pleading guilty last year to conspiracy involving illegal political donations.
He was previously charged with using company funds and straw donors for political contributions. Others who have pleaded guilty include former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, FTX co-founder Gary Wang, and former FTX engineering director Nishad Singh.
Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was sentenced to nearly 25 years in prison following his fraud trial.
