TechFlow reports that according to l2fees data, transaction fees on Ethereum Layer 2 rollups have decreased after adopting the "blob" method for posting transactions.
Current L2 fee statistics:
Optimism currently has the lowest transaction fees, under $0.01.
The costs for sending ETH on zkSync Era, Metis Network, and StarkNet are all below $0.10.
Layer 2 networks where sending ETH costs under $0.50 include zkSync Lite ($0.14), Loopring ($0.16), Arbitrum One ($0.34), Polygon zkEVM ($0.43), and DeGate ($0.42).
The current cost of sending ETH on the Ethereum mainnet is $1.84.
