TechFlow reports that Wu Jiezhuan, a Hong Kong member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Legislative Council member representing the Election Committee constituency, revealed he has prepared four proposals for the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference sessions.
The proposals include: advancing cross-border coordinated governance mechanisms against telecom fraud, building an international Web 3.0 financing platform for SMEs in the Greater Bay Area, promoting Hong Kong's aerospace technology development in alignment with national strategies, and creating branded traditional Chinese medicine cultural, sports, and tourism services.
It is reported that Wu proposed allowing specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs certified by the mainland to issue virtual currencies in Hong Kong, and expressed hope to promote aerospace technology development and establish related educational tourism sites.
