TechFlow reports, Galaxy Research Vice President Christine Kim summarized the 181st Ethereum Core Developers Execution (ACDE) call, where developers shared updates on their preparations for the mainnet activation of the Dencun upgrade. They also discussed various Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs), most of which are proposed to be included in the Pectra upgrade, while others were suggested as "retrospective" EIPs, meaning changes to the protocol rules would be applied retroactively to all Ethereum transactions since genesis.
Developers also agreed to include EIP-2537, which adds BLS12-381 curve precompiles, in Pectra.
In addition, shadow fork preparations for the Dencun upgrade are underway, with the goal of completing mainnet activation by March 13.
