TechFlow reported that Ronin has released a statement announcing plans to adjust the reward structure for Katana's liquidity mining program. Over the past few months, the average annualized yield of Katana liquidity pools increased from approximately 20% to 70%. However, the total amount of pooled tokens did not rise proportionally with the RON price, suggesting the rewards may have been too high. Therefore, starting from the end of February, rewards will be gradually reduced. This measure is expected to cut quarterly RON issuance by approximately 5.4 million.
