TechFlow reports that Binance has announced its support for the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network convergence plan to ensure a seamless user experience during the transition.
The Binance team is working closely with all project teams that have deployed tokens on the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network to ensure they can assist token holders with smooth asset migration.
Before the shutdown of the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network, Binance advises users to deposit their Binance-pegged tokens (B-tokens) on the BEP2 network into their Binance accounts. These tokens will be credited, and users may withdraw them via their native chains or other supported networks.
Effective immediately, withdrawal services for Binance-pegged tokens (B-tokens) on the aforementioned network will be suspended. Withdrawals for other tokens on this network will remain supported until February 22, 07:59 (UTC+8). After this time, users will no longer be able to withdraw tokens via the BEP2 network. Users may instead use other supported networks where applicable. Binance will continue supporting deposit services for Binance-pegged tokens (B-tokens) and selected tokens on the BEP2 network until further notice.
