TechFlow news, according to Bloomberg citing sources familiar with the matter, billionaire Alan Howard has sold his minor personal stakes in several cryptocurrency firms and plans to reinvest the proceeds into Brevan Howard Digital.
The shares sold include holdings in custody firm Copper and brokerage Bitpanda, said the sources. Howard intends to reinvest the proceeds into Brevan Howard's digital assets division if acceptable offers are received. The stake size or potential valuation has not been disclosed.
Another anonymous source said Brevan Howard Digital plans to allocate additional capital toward its existing strategy and launch new asset management products and services in the coming months.
