TechFlow news: The COTI Foundation has announced a $25 million grant from its ecosystem fund to advance the development of privacy-focused initiatives.
The first recipient of this funding is Soda Labs, a player in the field of cryptographic multi-party computation (MPC). Soda Labs will lead research efforts to expand the practical applications of garbled protocols and other cutting-edge MPC protocols, ensuring a secure and scalable privacy network for COTI users.
Avishay Yanai of Soda Labs said: "We've long advocated innovation behind garbled circuits in secure MPC. With the vote of confidence from the COTI Foundation, we can continue building the privacy tools needed for the next generation of web3."
