TechFlow reported that Map Protocol, a Bitcoin L2 protocol, announced strategic investment from Bitrise Capital. The specific investment amount has not been disclosed.
Bitrise Capital, founded in 2017, is a major player in blockchain venture capital, managing over $200 million in assets. It has made strategic investments in more than 100 blockchain projects, including inscription projects such as ORDI, SATS, RATS, AINN, and MMSS.
Earlier reports indicated that Bitrise Capital launched a $50 million Bitcoin ecosystem growth fund focused on investing in projects within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
